How do I rent a space for the swap meet ?

How big are the spaces ?
The spaces are 10 feet by 20 feet, about the size of the spaces at your local shopping mall.

Will there be security on site ?
We will have on-site security 24-7 every day of the event.

Where are the Washington County Fair Grounds located  ?
You'll find the fairgrounds in Fayetteville , Arkansas just off I-540 at the intersection of 540 and hwy 112.

What days are assigned as set-up days ?
Thursday and Friday are the days set aside for set up.

What are the show hours ?
Daylight to dark each day.

Can I bring my camper ?
Sure ! BUT, unfortunately we don't have any provisions for hook-ups.

Will you have concessions and restrooms ?
Our concessions vendors are outstanding with smoked turkey legs, beef and pork... If you go hungry it's your own fault !
Restrooms will be available in addition to a few of the familiar blue "plastic palaces" found at most outdoor events.
