December 9-10, 2011 River Valley Racers Auction, Kay Rodgers Park at the Arkansas-Oklahoma State fairgrounds, 4400 Midland, Fort Smith, Arkansas
                        Parts consignment from 9 am until 7pm on Friday December 9th. The doors open at 8:00 and the auction starts at 9:30 am on December 10th.

How do I rent a space for the swap meet ?
You can call us directly at 479-263-3326. Or if you like you can pick out your desired spaces from our map page and send us an email through this website.

How big are the spaces ?
The spaces are 20 feet by 20 feet, about twice the size of the parking spaces at your local shopping mall.

Will there be security on site ?
We will have on-site security 24-7 every day of the event.

Where are the Washington County Fair Grounds located  ?
You'll find the fairgrounds on I-540 at exit 66 in Fayetteville , Arkansas just off I-540 at the intersection of 540 and hwy 112.

What days are assigned as set-up days ?
Thursday and Friday are the days set aside for set up. There will be lots of early bird shoppers and vendors are encouraged to be ready for business as soon as they arrive.

What are the show hours ?
Daylight to dark each day.

Can I bring my camper ?
Sure ! BUT, unfortunately hook-ups are an additional fee. We are happy to report that we have showers available at NO CHARGE to our vendors and they are  on the grounds ! 

Will you have concessions and restrooms ?
Our concessions vendors are outstanding with smoked turkey legs, beef and pork... If you go hungry it's your own fault !
Restrooms will be available in 3 locations on site. We do not currently use any of the "plastic palaces" found at most outdoor events.
