EXCITING NEWS ! We have booked the Expo building at Kay Rodgers park for our December 9-10, 2011 River Valley Racers Auction ! This will be our first ever event in the Fort Smith area and we encourage you to join us. Please see our FAQS section of this site for more information.
PLEASE NOTE - You'll find us at the Washington County Fairgrounds at 1602 McConnell Drive in Fayetteville. We think the fairgrounds facility has proven to be an advantage due to it's close proximity to I-540 and the high visibility. This spring meet will include a car show in addition to the swap meets. You'll find a section of vendors for general merchandise and a section for vendors of auto related items. The vendors sections will be separate from each other and the car show will be in it's own area of the facility. We are excited about the new format and we are confident the combined event will be a huge success. COME JOIN US !

Welcome to the home of Northwest Arkansas' swap meets for all merchandise. We hosted our first ever swap meet in October of 2009 and we are thrilled to schedule this years first meet for May 17-19 in 2012.
Auto parts and related items AND General merchandise combined together in one location. That means you'll find two swap meets in seperate sections on the same grounds. We have vendors who will offer cars, parts, motorcycles, trailers, shop equipment etc ... as well as household items, collectibles, furniture, jewelry and the like. We've deicded to host two swap meet venues simultaneously at the same location ! There will be two seperate sections allowing a shopping or selling opportunity for the whole family.
We think this format will increase foot traffic to each vendor booth and provide a more pleasant experience for the family of swap meet attendees. Many of our vendors have already reserved spaces. Watch for the newest vendor space maps to be posted before April 1st, 2012. If you have any questions please call Dean at 479-263-3326.
AUCTION SERVICES - Don't forget that we are a full service auction company selling everything from kitchen sinks to heavy equipment and real estate. Licensed in several states, we pride ourselves in our service and integrity. During the winter months we find ourselves busy with our racing auction series selling race cars and parts along with trucks, trailers tools etc ... These auctions offer consigned merchandise sold during a "live bidder" auction event. Please be patient as we build our new "Bitner & Company" site and stop by soon for dates and locations near you.
